Chuck Fulmer, RPh. FIACP is an owner and CEO of Partners In Care, Inc. He is a third generation pharmacist. A Fulmer has practiced pharmacy In Georgia since 1903, when A. C. Fulmer Graduated from the Atlanta College of Physicians and Surgeons. Chuck’s great uncle Charlie McClure graduated from Southern College of Pharmacy in Atlanta in 1917. Both Chuck’s mother and father, Eloise and Milton Fulmer, were both Georgia Register Pharmacists. His aunt Sarah Fulmer Szekly was a register pharmacist. Chuck graduated from Mercer University Southern College of Pharmacy in 1960. He has served an instructor for Mercer University and Partners In Care has served as an advanced pharmacy practice site. He is a member of American Pharmacy Association, The Georgia Pharmacy Association, Past-president of The Lanier PharmacyAssociation. Chuck is one of 72 Fellows in the
International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. He is the only pharmacist to meet the high standards for this fellowship in Georgia. Chuck must have 30 hours of continuing education per year in compounding to maintain his fellowship. Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) named Chuck National Compounding Pharmacist of the month in August 1998. In 1998 Chuck received a grant for Innovation In Pharmacy Care from the American Pharmacy Association. Chuck has made numerous talks and presentations at both regional and national seminars on compounding.
